Our Policy applies only to the use of your personal data that we collect from you.

We affirm that respecting and protecting your privacy are important to us. This Policy explains how we hold and process your personal data when you engage with us to use our management and consultancy services (our "Services"), and in fulfilling the best way we can our responsibilities to you as our client. Our Policy also provides information about the processing of your personal data as a result of providing our Services to third parties, and our partnership efforts.

It also explains your rights under Republic Act No, 10173 (otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 1992, including its implementing rules and regulations, as may be amended; collectively, the “DPA”) relating to our processing of your personal data including, but not limited to, how you may request that we delete, update, transfer and provide you with means of accessing your personal data.

Mindset Management & Consultancy Services Inc. gives expert advice and trainings that will enable organizations get return on investment, improve their performance based on industry “best practices”, value creation and ultimately for stakeholders' satisfaction and delight.

3. What personal data do we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, and only for authorized or legitimate business purposes, below is a non-exhaustive list of your personal information that we may process:

Name and job title
Demographic data like your addresses, and when relevant to our Services, your preferences and interests
Other contact details including those of your employers or principals, email addresses, social media accounts when relevant

Relevant data as may be required to be disclosed to us according to law, judicial orders and processes, and regulatory requirements including but not limited to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines) know-your-client-rules and Anti-Money Laundering regulations

5. Who do we share your personal information with

There will be those who inevitably interact with us while fulfilling our Services for you. 8. For how long do we keep your personal information

For visitors to our website, we will keep relevant personal data for at least five (5) years or as may be legally required from the date of our last interaction with you, or for such periods as may be required by domestic or foreign law, or for longer pursuant to our regulatory responsibilities or professional indemnity obligations.

11. Collection of information by third-party sites and sponsors

Our website contains links to other websites whose privacy policies and practices may not be similar to ours. You should consult the other websites' privacy notices as we have no control over information that is directed to, or collected by, these third parties
